“do you make all your products?”
everything except the clothing/occasional misc items are handmade. the clothing I list for sale is ethically sourced either from thrifting, preloved pieces from my own wardrobe, or pieces that I’ve personally reworked.
“I live in Niagara. do I have to pay for shipping?”
no! you can stop by my booth at the Niagara Flea Market every Sunday between 9-4 to shop in-person. if you’d like to arrange a delivery within St. Catharines, simply click the local delivery option at checkout.
“do you do custom orders?”
I do! reach out via email for consultation regarding your needs and what I can do to match them. prices vary based on project. a 1/2 deposit will be required up front upon commission, and the remaining 1/2 will be due upon receipt of your order. custom orders are non-refundable.
“are your earrings hypoallergenic?”
yes! my earrings are made with iron. they are nickel free and hypoallergenic. unless your ears are super sensitive, they’ll be friendly to your skin and won’t cause a reaction.
“do you ever release promo codes/sales?”
yes! join my mailing list by entering your email in the prompt box at the bottom of my page. I will send out occasional promotions, sales, and updates. my loyalty card program grants buyers with a stamp towards rewards after every $20+ purchase!
“what ingredients go into your candles?”
I keep my candles as ethical as possible. I source the majority of my materials from other small businesses. I use 100% natural soy wax, fragrance oils, and colouring/decor on occasion.
“what is your return policy?”
if your item is damaged, defective, or you are not satisfied, i will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. if the flaw is not a fault of my own, buyers will be responsible for paying return shipping. please contact me directly for any clarification.
